We have rebuilt it, we had the technology but alas it went really badly wrong. Still it gave us a chance to rethink and come back better than before. You know stronger, fitter, faster all of that. Anyway welcome to the newly (re)launched Photo Project Ideas site Pixaday where we will be bringing you news, reviews, prompts and much greater emphasis on longer term project ideas.
We welcome our guest writers who will be working with us to make this site as good as it can be. We also welcome you our newest visitor today. We hope you find lots that is of use, participate by posting your images on our Flickr group and generally use the site as you think best.
How to use Pixaday, the Photo Prompt Site
- You can participate by commenting on posts that you read
- Post images that are a response to a particular days prompt
- Post images to our Flickr group Pixaday
- Post your own project ideas for others to use
- If you’re a supplier of photographic services, why not exchange a link and appear on our Blogroll
- Better still if you’re a supplier, take some time out and advertise your services in our directory or on the sites main pages
- Donate! If you find something that has really help your photography, you can donate as appreciation to the cause. This will help to keep the server people happy and my boss outta my hair
- Suggest a site/group/photographer that you think we should feature. If you suggest it, we’ll review it and have it as a featured article for at least 48 hours and a front page highlighted article for at least a week.
- Send us links to your site and your work. We love to promote photographers. If you send us a link, we’ll feature it in our “Photographer Spotlight” section
- Stumble, Digg, Zoom,Reddit and send our posts or articles to other social bookmarking sites . Let others know where here.
- Suggest articles, features, trends anything you want us to research and talk about here.
- Subscribe to our feed so that you never miss a post, a prompt or a photo project idea
